UK P&P: Postage is caculated by weight. Mainland UK including the Isle of Wight: Lighter orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, heavier orders are sent by CityLink. A Next working day delivery option is available for orders placed before 12 noon, if your order is vey urgent please check with us that we can get it to you in time. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any offshore Island around the UK: Lighter orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, heavier orders are sent by Royal mail parcel service (3-5 working days.) Or by Parcelforce 48-hour. Payment We accept secure online credit and debit card payments and electronic payment via our secure online system. We can also accept payment by personal cheque. Terms and conditions Goods are usually despatched within 2 working days of receiving the order, in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock; the rest of the order will be sent with the out of stock item to follow, if the item remains unavailable after 3 weeks you will be offered a full refund for it. Please note that as many of our products are hand made, colours and designs do vary slightly. If you have very specific requirements, please email before ordering. In the very unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, notify us immediately, giving arrival date and all relevant details within three days. Please notify us if goods fail to arrive (please allow 10 working days for standard parcels) Refund policy We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange, then simply return it to us within 30 days.
